Welcome to the Harm Prevention and Anti-Corruption Team, a dedicated group of professionals focused on preventing harm and combating corruption within our judicial and public institutions. Our team consists of experienced law counsels who specialize in reviewing court documents, drafting formal complaints, and addressing criminal cases related to corruption.

While we do not provide representation for individuals in proceedings, but we can prepare the documents and help you file them with the court or appropriate agencies.
We can arrange for visitors who visit our clients in prison to enhance their safety. The presence of visitors can deter both inmates and guards from causing harm to the clients, as it signals that our clients have support and are not alone.

In the Philippines, it is common practice for policemen to torture the accused to obtain false confessions.

Here are the recent news from the Philippines:

    March 2024 successfull defend our client against corrupt policemen, judges and prosecutors
    We have sucessfully defend one client against 8 corrupt policemen, 3 corrupt prosecutors and 2 corrupt judges. Two judges recuised themself in the row, the third judge dropped all charges.

    Due to the increasing police violance inccidencts in the recent years we don't recommend to travel to the Philippines
